Time Management System
Our time management module is a sophisticated time management system detailing your employee's attendance integrating with various types of electronic time clocks, accurately tracks attendance, overtime, plan shift & outer roster, punctuality and absenteeism of the employees by optimizing workforce schedule to fulfill the staffing demand while the daily manpower listing allows you to know the exact number of employees in the premise at any time. With this system, HR can ensure that errors are avoided and the maximum time is saved.
XTIME provides for the electronic import of daily attendance records from automated time clocks for comparison against planned or required working hours for each employee to determine Overtime Allowances and Under-time Deduction. These can be exported to the XPAY, and other exceptions to be highlight for necessary actions to be taken.
XTIME provides for the setting up of Work Hours Group that will allow you to group employees according to their work hours and work pattern, for office workers, shift workers, special duties workers, etc..
The system then allows you to set different work patterns for different Work Hours Group defined, including fixed shifts, rotating shifts, and alternate 5 Day week. The System allows you to build and electronically management advance work roster for different work teams within a work group.
